🚀 New White Label Update: Single Sign-On (SSO)

We’re excited to introduce SSO support for White Label customers!

White Labels that already have their own dashboard can now allow users who are already logged in to securely access Chatrace data without asking them to log in again.

With the new SSO flow, the White Label can securely obtain a user access token, retrieve the Business Accounts that user manages, and work with the same permissions already configured for each account.

This makes it much easier to build deeply integrated White Label experiences while keeping authentication and permissions secure.

We’re also building support for OpenID Connect (OIDC), giving larger businesses and enterprise customers a standardized way to integrate their existing identity providers.
