I have one request, since cash on delivery is default here on method of payment, Can you add one more simple default called "Pay" for customers like us who don't have your method of payment since product is available and world wide. only that once everything else is good.

Example i have integrated external payment suits my business and country and my product is pre paid but only problem when cutomer check out cash on delivery keeps on appearing while they suppossed to pay first so if you add word "Pay" it suits all type of clients. Thanks
