Use Case:
Administrators or customer support staff should be able to enter specific keywords into the inbox to trigger corresponding actions. These actions can be used to process user-related data or serve other purposes efficiently.
Currently, this functionality only works on the user side—when a user enters a keyword, the corresponding flow is triggered. However, I would like it to also work for Admins and Bot members so that they can trigger these flows when replying to customers in the inbox.
This enhancement would enable greater automation. For example, if an Admin receives a user's details, they should be able to simply enter a keyword (e.g., "create order"), and the system's AI would automatically generate the order and sync it with Google Sheets.
