Can you add success/failed to message?

Currently there is no way to "take" an action when a message FAILED to be delivered.
We require a way to "detect" the message failed to be sent and then be able to send another message, assign to human, etc.
This can be a success/failed inside messages actions or a new "system field" that we can use as a condition.
We have system field "Last delivered message", can you add there the option is FAILED?
We require this for CARD message type and for normal messages as well. Thank you.
