It would be interesting if each whitelabel space created had the permission to display to the client on the other end which agent they are speaking with. See in the example below how our chatrace can identify the name of the agent on the other end speaking with us. It would be great if we could also display our name to the client. Currently, some clients do this manually, which is time-consuming.
