The inbox search engine does not allow searching by Instagram username.

Chatrace receives this information in the payload of incoming messages. We should be able to access this username in order to link it as a tag, a custom field, or a default account parameter.

Currently, none of this is possible, and we cannot search for contacts.

This is a easy to implement feature.
