The tag system is very time consuming to use and it doesn't really help when you got a lot of messages to deal with, we need labels exactly as whatsapp business and Facebook messenger got so we can see the labels in our chatrace inbox.

To be honest im looking for other solution just because on my chatrace inbox I don't know who I'm talking with until I go to tags which is very time consuming and annoying!
