I’d like to suggest a simple, high-impact improvement to the Pipeline: allow defining and displaying a description for each column/stage (including the title).

Right now, the columns (e.g., Lead Novo, Em Contato, Negociação, Fechado) don’t provide a visible guide on what to do at each phase, which creates doubts—especially during onboarding.

Proposal (see attached images; red-highlighted areas):

Tooltip on the title/“i” icon: on hover, show a short text with the stage’s objective and what must happen to move forward.

Optional card inside the column (at the top): a small, fixed block with the same instructions (useful for mobile or for users who don’t use a mouse).

Immediate benefits:

Speeds up onboarding for new team members;

Standardizes the sales process and reduces rework;

Improves funnel clarity for the entire team.
