Currently, in order to see changes in the pipeline, such as a lead moving from one column to another, I have to refresh the page manually.

This makes it difficult to maintain a smooth workflow and track leads in real time.

Please update the system so the pipeline refreshes automatically in real time, without needing to manually refresh the page, including leads moving live between columns.
