The ability to switch the default language before starting the bot to the RTL feature (flipping to the Right-To-left layout inside the bot in all channels like messenger, whatsapp, etc ...) so that when the user select his one of the RTL languages of the local language like Arabic, Hebrew, Pakistani, Persian, etc ...

I am one of the early adaopter who invested in Selfer Bot, but I couldn't invest more even on the one time payment for the white label because of this feature is not supported yet, and I have raised a ticket from day1 but no one cared, this is an easy integration and most companies became aware on this since thisi is a must-have integration when a well-funded startup expanding globally and is has best plans to become a unicorn startup like the big sharks in the industry.

I hope the Chatrace team get this done seriously as soon as possible and not to wait voting on the idea since this should be a priority for the company.
