I would like to submit a feature request for the chat/messaging module.

Currently, it can be difficult for contacts to know exactly who they are interacting with during a conversation. We would like the ability to display a specific identifier on every chat bubble to show who is answering the user's message.

Ideally, it would look something like this:

If an admin responds: Display the specific admin's name before the message (e.g., “Sarah: How can I help you today?”).

If the chatbot responds: Display a bot identifier (e.g., “AI Assistant: How can I help you today?”).

This would greatly improve transparency and the user experience for our customers. Is this something currently possible through a workaround, or can it be added to your product roadmap?
