We’re currently facing an issue with platform using on mobile devices. The platform is not working properly when accessed via mobile (added to home screen / browser). We’re unable to view the inbox or any chat messages from leads.
This issue started yesterday like it was working fine before. It’s consistently happening across multiple team members and different client accounts.
We’ve attached a screen recording for reference. Please take a look and help resolve this as soon as possible.
