Make bot name go to bot page
Make the name unde "Name" from /admins/en/bots page a link that goes directly to that bot page so you can build flows or do anything else more quickly.
Customize WL CSS
Add the ability to upload custom css file for each page needed. In my vision I see page name / download current css / upload custom css / save as a line of the view that will let us upload the custom css.
API Improvements & Client List
Currently, when we disable a bot using the toggle switch in the WL bot list manually or using API, we still get charged (if pro activated using a card) even if the bot is disabled. So, the API doesn't come in handy if the PRO plan is activated using a card. An API to cancel the pro plan would come in handy in this scenario. I've a few more requests as well: * API to cancel PRO plan. Use case: Automating the termination process. * API to check how many WL Credits are available for me to redeem. Use case: Automating activation process. * API to enable PRO plan using WL Credit. Use case: Automating activation process. * API to generate chatbot Admin link. Use case: To generate admin link easily right from Telegram without visiting dashboard. * An option to get a list of Clients where we will get their: Name, Email Address, Number & List of pages connected by one client. Set limits on the number of subscribers/users
For bots with unlimited users (WEA), setting limits of subs/user counts can be an upsell opportunity in creating tiered plans for our clients.
Due Date Settings
Please put an option to set up/edit a Due Date so that White Label Accounts can automate the pausing or removing of a page. The Idea is to set up a Due Date for a specific bot to be paused each month. When a payment is received, a White Label "admin" will just manually reset for the bot to continue working. Add a tick box for checking if you want to the bot to continue working without pausing on the Due Date.
Also trigger Webhook notification when a Page is reconnected
Currently the only event available is "bot.connected" which triggers a notification only when a new fresh page is connected with the platform. But, it doesn't send a notification when the page is reconnected or the page has been transferred from Chatrace to my Whitelabel. Either send notification when the page is reconnected or do provide us a new event "bot.reconnected"
agent profile with permissions
It would be great if agents could be given permission to reply to messages, for example: an automatic conversation can be assigned, it will create work teams, conversations are restricted to view between agents, it can be assigned, leave comments in the chat so that the work team can see it, there are more functions that we would like it to have, to be able to be a multi-agent.
