Currently, if you search for a saved reply using / from the inbox message box, a dropdown list with responses appears. After selecting a saved reply from the dropdown list, the focus doesn't remain in the message box, and to send the reply you have to click the send button. Is it possible that after selecting a saved reply from the dropdown list, the focus returns to the message box so the agent can press ENTER and send the saved reply?
