WhatsApp has block contact feature which is not present in chatrace. This will help us avoid unwanted conversations and save conversation cost.

A mobile app is really useful for replying messages everywhere. Chatrace is responsive enough for mobile but it seems to be hard job to reply messages. A very simple app is enough for managing inbox (done, main, follow up, conversation assignment, etc.)

Need appointment cancellation flow, currently we have only Confirmation Flow

With chatrace, Facebook Comment tool only works on a post, not on every picture on the post? People often engage with 1 specific image in a multi-image post. If the bot can only reply on 1 general post, it is ineffective. Please review this feature and fix it without feature request.

Enable admins to activate a break mode, temporarily stopping notifications during their downtime, fostering work-life balance.

I wish we were able to put a custom date fields inside of actions and conditions.
